We’ve been in the sausage game for a long time, so we know how to cook ‘em well. Every dog starts with a custom natural-casing all-beef wiener and gets served on a warm poppy seed bun. You can order it double-dogged for twice the ween, or try our new Jumbo Dog for a real mouthful. Every bite is yours for the making.

The Chicago Dog is kinda our thing. Each one gets run through the garden, meaning it’s topped with yellow mustard, a pickle spear, chopped onion, iconically bright green relish, tomatoes, sport peppers, and our secret special seasoning. Go Bears!

Southside Maxwell Polish
We start with a ¼ lb. all-beef Polish. We deep-fry it and place it gently in a bun. Then we squirt some mustard on it, toss on grilled onions and sport peppers, and seal the deal with a healthy dash of our top-secret seasoning.
